Eyes exercises who can improve ur eyesight

        Sara din kisi n kisi kaam me busy rhne k karen eyes restless ho jati h thakaan feel hoti h. Issi thakaan ko dur krne and health and beautiful banaye rkhne k liye some exercises -
1.  Ek pen or pencil lijiye usko naak ki sidh me ek fit ki duri pr rakhey ab dono nigahe pencil ki nok pr tikaaye. Ab pencil ko hath se dhirey dhirey naak k pass laye but nigahe nok pr hi tikaaye rakhey. Ek baar phir iss exercise ko repeat kijiye and subh shaam dono time 12-15 time aisa kare.

2.  Firstly padmasann ki mudra me baithey. Ek haath jitnee duri pr eyes ki sidh me ek candle ya diya jalaye. Apna pura dhyaan samne jali law pr lgaye. Ek tak bas uski law ko dekhtey rahe tb tk jb tk ki eyes se ashru  (tears) n aane lage

***iss exercise se nhi keval eyes ko rest milta h sath hi eyesight bhi badti h

3.  Bina neck ghumaye eyes ko kramash left, upper, right and nichey le jatey hue golayee me ghumaye.
***ye exercise aap kitnee baar bhi, jb bhi time miley easily kr sktey h eyes ko rest milta h .continously computer, laptop, machine etc pr kaam na kare bich bich me iss exercise ko kare

4.  Almost 3-4 fit ki duri pr ek diwaar per left side and right side do bindu bana le. Bina gerden (neck) ghumaye continously ek k baad dusrey bindu ko 10 baar dekhey.phir isi prkaar uper aur nichey bhi dekhey.

5.  Eyes ki balls ko uper le jatey hue dono eyebrows k bich dekhne ka prayas kare. 2 sec rukey, phir dhirey dhirey se phley wali awastha me aakr eyes close kare. Ye kriya 3-4time kare.isse bhi eyes ko bahut rest milta h.

ЁЯСА pr aavshyakta se adhik tnaaw bhi eyes ki sunderta ko kam kr deta h.
ЁЯСАpuri trah neend nhi lene ka effect bhi eyes pr pdta h.
ЁЯСАAger aapka pet thik nhi hoga toh uska bhi effect eyes pr pdta h.
