Dandruff is the result of a dry scalp, or a skin condition known as seborrheic dermatitis. It could also be caused by eczema, psoriasis, or, very commonly, an overgrowth of a yeast like fungus called malassezia.

Seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff generally forms :

Dandruff also leads to hair loss and thus people have baldness. Both sexes are affected by baldness for which they look for a variety of treatment comprising of oral, local application of medications, and ultimately land up on hair transplantation surgery, which happens to be the most scientific, useful and satisfying procedure.

A few years back, hair transplant treatments were usually done by doctors from abroad thus making it quite expensive. However, due to advancements made in the field of science and technology on hair transplantation in India, a lot of clinics have started using this new technology;which, in turn, has substantially circumcised the hair transplant surgery cost in kolkata and India as a whole.
