      Chunki dekhne walo ki nazrey firstly face pr hi pdti h so face ko hi attractive bnane ka work sb girls krtee h. Blusher, lipstick, perfume, cream, powder etc face ki shobha increase krne k liye hi use kiye jatey h jbki hmara khna h ki beauty and health whole body se jhankta pratit hona chahiye.
Bahut si ladies apne Ghar k kaam kaaj me is trah se juti rhtee h ki apnee aur koi dhyaan hi nhi deti h, jis karen unki under eyes rankles aane lgtey h. Jiska Saaf mtlb h ki wo eyes pr need se jyada Jor deti h, raat me der tk jagtee h. Aisi ladies or girls ko din me 20-25 mins tk eyes ko close krkey unhe rest dena chahiye.  Yadi face ki skin khurduri and dry ho gayee ho toh wo apne food k prati dhyaan de. Food me milk or milk product ki matra ko bda de. Pani jyada piye and eyes ko clean rakhey. 
  Bahut si ladies bahut ptli dubli hoti h aur kuch need se jyada moti is prakar ki ladies ko apnee dincharya me thoda change krna chahiye. 
      Morning walk sbse accha h yogasann krna best h but housewife and mothers k liye ye sb possible nhi ho pata h so morning walk best way h. 
     # Morning walk always open ground, park, garden me hi krnee chahiye jisse lungs ko pure air milti rahe.
   # walk k time tej kdmo se chalna chahiye jisse ki thoda paseena bhi aa jaye.
    #jaise jaise samay bdta jaye walk ki duri bhi bdatey rahe

Aalasya nesth ho jata h aur mann prassen rhta h. Neend ka aana isliye bhi aavshyak h ki eyes, ears etc gyanendriya aur hath pair etc kaamendriya and mann karya krtey krtey thak jatey h, tb in indriyo pr niyantren rkhne wali aatma ko apne mastishk se uthkr heart me aakr rest krna pdta h. Acchi aur swabhawik neend se sharir ki sari thakan dur ho jati h 
      Jo mahilaye time pr soti aur uthti h wo ek prakar se neend le lene k karen apnee sharirik shakti me vradhi kr letee h. Unka tann aur mann din bher prafulalit rhta h.  Unme susti nhi rhtee.  Bhojen ko digest krne wali pet ki agni pradipt hoti h sharir me dhatuo ka nirmaan bhi thik prakar se hota h.  Anek prakar k rogo se bachaav ho jata h
